Clear my head!

 Hello, everyone. How are you going today? I have been so busy lately that I don't have much time to sleep. I write this blog in the middle of the night. haha Will you listen to complains? I am angry because I am going to make a presentation in a class, my teacher said me that date of the presentation would be after November 14th, but last week, the presentation date has changed and I am going to do it on November 4th. It is this week. I have a lot of other assignments and my part-time job, so that is very stressful. I know I am a student, and I have a lot of assignments, but I don't have much time to go out with my friends and refresh myself. I want to more time. Anyways, I should clear my head! Because I can't be happy even if I keep complaining. I need some fresh air!!! I always do exercise when I clear my head. I think exercise and play some sports are very good way to refresh myself because when I am doing it, I will concentrate on it, so I will forget about the others. In addition, I feel better by listening to my favorite music. Music is essential to my life. I have a question, What do you do when you want to clear your head? If you have one, please leave a comment! I am sorry...there is nothing particularly interesting about today's blog😅I will do my best to write bright and interesting topic next week.     It's the same with me that there are many tasks and I have less time to sleep. It really feels stressful. But I think it's the most refreshing thing for me to be able to meet friends and go shopping after all finished that.

Hi Hina, If I'm having a bad day on a regular basis, I often say it right then and there to eliminate the stress, but I take it as a sign that I'm still okay when I can talk to someone about it.But when it happens that I can't even do that, I try to go to bed early! It's a good way to forget about it! 😄
